The OOTD D99 is equipped with full-size 13-inch pneumatic road tires, offering excellent ride comfort, grip, and rolling efficiency for long rides, while enhancing stability to ensure a smooth ride. The OOTD D99 is a high-performance electric scooter with a dual motor and dual suspension setup, bringing off-road performance into the urban environment. The D99 features front and rear hydraulic/disc brakes with EBS for greater braking power. The front suspension is assisted by two long-range H-shaped shock absorbers, while the rear suspension is supported by two high-power spring shock absorbers. Even at high speeds, the vehicle's frame remains stable and is capable of filtering bumps on the road.

The OOTD D99 can switch between single and dual motor drive, allowing the rider to choose between two modes: ECO mode and TURBO mode. Riding in single motor ECO mode increases the scooter's range threefold compared to dual motor TURBO mode.
