ARIEL three-wheeled electric moped
Three-wheeled enclosed electric moped ARIEL
Rain, snow or parking problems are no longer a concern! The ARIEL moped is the answer to the challenges electric vehicles face in bad weather. With its enclosed body, it is the perfect alternative to scooters.
Three-wheeled moped ARIEL
The two-seater electric ARIEL moped is a great option not only for city dwellers but also for those from smaller towns. You can easily go shopping even in rainy weather.
ARIEL moped like a small car
The ARIEL three-wheeled electric moped is the latest addition to enclosed electric vehicles in Poland. Well-equipped, almost like a little car, it is ideal for city rides. Rain or snow is no obstacle! ARIEL is the bigger sister of the NEMO model and also a competitor to the PIXI.
Key parameters of ARIEL
The ARIEL comes with features usually found in cars: electric windows, sunroof, central lock, heating, USB and Bluetooth. Its top speed is 45 km/h. It is powered by a 1500W motor and gel batteries 60V 58Ah, placed under the passenger seat. The charging port is located at the rear.
Additional features
The enclosed ARIEL has a reverse gear with a rear-view camera. A 7-inch digital display shows speed and other data – just like in a car. Instead of a classic steering wheel, it has scooter-style handlebars with a throttle grip and ignition key. LED lights provide excellent road illumination. The maximum range on a single charge is about 60 km, and it can handle slopes of up to 15°.
Legal basis in Poland
Electric mopeds (up to 45 km/h) are equivalent to petrol scooters up to 50cc. To ride the ARIEL you do not need a driving licence – an ID card is enough. However, if you are under 18, you will need an AM licence. ARIEL is homologated, meaning it has all the administrative and legal approvals for road traffic. The homologation is valid throughout the European Union.
